Queue and PDF Pages
The queue is the main workflow for Image to Table. Use it when you want to process one file, several images, or selected pages from a PDF without starting over each time.
Open Extensions > Text To Table Converter > Selected Image to Table, or use the sidebar path Convert & Format > Selected Image to Table.
What You Can Do
Section titled “What You Can Do”- Build a queue from different sources: Add uploads, pasted images, Google Drive™ files, selected images where supported, and PDF pages.
- Choose only the pages you need: For PDFs, select useful pages instead of processing the whole file.
- Manage the queue before extracting: Reorder, remove, clear, or retry items.
- Process everything together: Run the full queue in
Table,Full, orDocuments. - Open table results in Table Editor: In
Tablemode, send successful extracted tables into one editor session.
Quick Start
Section titled “Quick Start”- Open
Selected Image to Table. - Add one or more images or PDF pages to the queue.
- Choose
Table,Full, orDocuments. - Review the queue order and remove anything you do not want to process.
- Run
Extract All, or use the editor handoff when you are working inTablemode.
Add Files to the Queue
Section titled “Add Files to the Queue”- Images: Add screenshots, scans, or photos directly.
- PDF pages: Pick only the pages that contain useful content.
- Clipboard images: Paste a copied image into the modal.
- Google Drive™ files: Load images or PDFs without downloading them first.
Manage the Queue
Section titled “Manage the Queue”- Reorder items when output order matters.
- Remove items you no longer want to process.
- Clear all when you want to start over.
- Retry failed when only a few items need another pass.
PDF Page Workflows
Section titled “PDF Page Workflows”Use PDF page selection when the file contains only a few pages that matter.
- Add a PDF file.
- Select the page or pages you want.
- Add those pages to the queue.
- Run the extraction with the mode that fits your goal.
This works well for invoices, receipts, shipping paperwork, transcripts, and long reports where only a subset of pages is relevant.
Choose the Final Action
Section titled “Choose the Final Action”Extract All
Section titled “Extract All”Use this when you want the queue to process directly and insert the results.
Extract All in Editor
Section titled “Extract All in Editor”Use this in Table mode when you want the extracted tables to open together in Table Editor for cleanup before insertion.
